Whether you need an account to browse, how your data is kept private, and how to create, manage or delete your profile and saved clubs.
Do I need an account?
Not to browse. You need one only to save clubs, leave a review, or buy a FastTrack pass. Everything else works signed out.
How do I create an account?
Choose "Create account", give an email address and a password, and confirm the link we send you. That is the whole of it — we do not ask for an identity document to open an account.
Is my personal data safe?
We keep what we need to run your account and nothing more, we never sell it, and we never pass it to third parties. Given what this directory covers, we treat the fact that you have an account here as sensitive in itself. Our privacy policy sets out the detail.
How do I delete my account?
Open your account settings and choose to delete it; we remove your profile and your saved clubs. Tell us if you want reviews you have written taken down as well, since those stay up by default without your name attached.
What are saved clubs?
A private shortlist of the clubs you want to come back to, visible only to you. It is the quickest way to plan a trip across several cities.
