俱乐部评价是如何核实的、为何每位会员只能发表一条，以及经过认证的老板如何公开回复会员的留言。

评分系统是怎样运作的？

每家俱乐部的评分是会员留下的所有评价的平均分，旁边会显示评价的数量。只有两条评价却拿到高分，其参考价值远不如五十条评价得出的中等分数，这也是我们始终显示评价数量的原因。

谁可以留下评价？

任何有账号的人都可以，每家俱乐部限发一条评价。我们希望你写的是自己真实到访过的经历，而不是道听途说的内容。

怎样确保评价的真实性？

评价与账号绑定，每家俱乐部限发一条，我们还会筛查明显的刷好评和恶意攻击行为。违反规则的评价会被我们移除，但绝不会仅因为某家俱乐部不喜欢一条评价就将其删除。

俱乐部业主可以回复评价吗？

可以。经过验证的业主可以对每条评价公开回复一次，并以俱乐部的名义发表。这是在不修改原文的前提下，让双方说法都能被看到的最公平方式。
